family farm
Kerala organic & exotic fruits farm is situated in the banks of Chitravahini River on the hilly terrains of kasaragode district in kerala.
The farm was initially developed back in 1962 by palamattam family for cultivating tropical crops. It is an ideal location for cultivating
many types of tropical and sub-tropical fruit trees. The second generation transformed the land to an award winning multifaceted
farm. it was through this time that the family saw an opportunity to value-add to organic farming and exotic fruits plantation.
The farm was diversified with a few objectives in mind. Firstly, to conserve, promote rare and exotic fruit trees. Secondly, to educate
and promote the gift that our land is blessed with. Lastly, to play a positive role towards agriculture and eco/agro tourism amid the
intensive development in the state’s rural areas.
